Do I have to pick all my materials before you start?
Yes, and we help. Locking selections before demo prevents mid-project delays and keeps the budget honest. We handle ordering and delivery so nothing sits in your driveway.
Can I use my bathroom during the remodel?
If it's a single-bath home we plan around that with temporary fixtures or staged work where possible. For multi-bath homes the project bath is fully sealed off during construction.
What does the free consultation actually cover?
